Viniyog Return & Exchange Policy
We at VINIYOG would really wish that you will never have the need to return or exchange the product you purchased but since the need may arise due to some unforeseen reason we would want to make this process easier for you. But before that, we would like you to understand our product better. Most of our products as informed are crafted in some or the other way by artisans and so have a beauty of their own. Irregularity in weave or print is uniqueness and beauty of the handloom or hand block printed products. They may not be treated as defects. Still, if you feel the need to return or exchange it, please take a look at our policy.
- Each product is carefully inspected before leaving our warehouse. But in case the product is not received in good condition, is damaged or defective, you may return the product unused, and in the same condition as you received it, in its original packaging along with original tags, within 10 days from the date on which these goods are delivered.
- You can email us on firstname.lastname@example.org with the order number mentioned in it for quick verification
- After the 10 day period, all purchases are final and no product exchanges or product returns will be accepted.
- Upon receipt of returned goods, VINIYOG reserves the right to deny credit if the merchandise does not meet return policy requirements.
- Shipping and handling charges on the original order and return shipping paid by customer are non-refundable. We do not pay for return shipping. Customers are required to pay for the shipping costs to return the goods to the applicable return address.
- No returns on discounted merchandise
- However, if the return is the result of an error on our part (e.g. incorrect item sent, item damaged etc.), our effort will be to resolve the problem to your satisfaction. In this case, we will refund any extra shipping costs incurred by the customer.
- All refunds for returned merchandise are credited to the same credit card used to make the purchase.
- Each product is carefully inspected before leaving our warehouse. But in case you want to exchange the product if it is damaged or defective or is of different size than you ordered, you may exchange the product unused, and in the same condition as you received it, in its original packaging along with original tags, within 10 days from the date on which these goods are delivered.
- Please email us the photo of the damaged or defective product within 48 hours of receiving the order at email@example.com
- We will replace the items free of cost or issue a full refund if we have sent you a wrong item (wrong colour or size). Shipping charges for the replacement will not be billed to the customer.
- We will issue a refund for the cost of the goods to the credit /debit card used for online shopping. However, shipping charges would not be refunded.
- Shipping charges will not be refunded and customers are required to pay for the shipping costs to return the goods to the applicable return address.
- No refunds will be given if the address is incorrect, there is slight variation in colour, print or weave in case of hand crafted products or products are used and sent in damaged condition.
